Terms and conditions: general
- Carriage is usually charged extra. We do our best to keep to dates given for delivery or shipment; however, they are not to be treated as a condition of sale.
- As exact quantities cannot be guaranteed, deliveries are subject to tolerances of up to plus or minus 10%.
- Complaints regarding bespoke goods supplied must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery or they will not be considered.
- Postage Rates: Due to changes made by the Post Office for postage charges for letters and large letters, please double check your postage rates before posting. Harmsworth Fine Stationery cannot be held responsible for advising on different postage rates.
Refund Policy
- We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on bespoke or personalised stationery items. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
- Faulty goods. Only when faulty items are returned to us we will be able to credit the cost and VAT of faulty stock goods.

1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988).
2. We will not email you in the future, unless you have given your consent except to confirm your order, or any queries regarding your order.
